🔁 سياسة الاستبدال فقط
Exchange Policy Only
نُوفر خيار الاستبدال في حالة الحاجة إلى تغيير القياس أو الموديل، بشرط توفر البديل.
ويُستثنى من ذلك أي قطعة تم تنفيذها خصيصًا بناءً على طلب العميل أو تعديل مقاسه.

We offer exchange options for size or model changes, subject to availability.
Custom-made items or pieces tailored to specific measurements are excluded from exchange eligibility.

✅ سياسة الاسترجاع (لحالات عيوب التصنيع فقط)
Refunds (Only in Case of Manufacturing Defects)
نسمح بالاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام فقط في حال وجود عيب تصنيع، بشرط أن:

تكون القطعة غير مستخدمة تماماً

في حالتها الأصلية مع التغليف

يتم إرسال طلب خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام

If a manufacturing defect is found, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item, provided that:

The item is unused

In its original condition and packaging

The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

بعد فحص القطعة والتأكد من وجود العيب، نقوم بإجراء الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال حسب ما يناسب العميل.

After inspection and confirmation of the defect, we will proceed with a refund or exchange, based on your preference.

أن تكون بحالتها الأصلية

لا يتم استبدال القطع المصممة حسب الطلب أو خلال العروض النهائية إلا في حال وجود خلل

Item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

Custom or final sale items are not eligible for exchange unless defective

كل قطعة في Mohamed Nour Designs تُنفذ حسب الطلب ولا يمكن إعادة بيعها أو تخزينها، لذا لا نوفر الاسترجاع العام، لكن نحرص دائمًا على تقديم حلول مرنة عند الحاجة.

Each piece is custom-made and cannot be resold or stored.
Therefore, we do not offer general refunds — but we are always happy to provide flexible support whenever possible.
