How Your Piece Is Made
1 · الطلب يبدأ منه كل شيء · The Order Becomes the Beginning
عند إتمام طلبك، يبدأ الأتيليه. لا توجد قطعة جاهزة تنتظر الشحن. القطعة التي ستستلمها لم تُخَط بعد — ستُصنع لك أنت.
When you complete your order, the atelier begins. There is no finished piece waiting in a warehouse. The piece you will receive has not yet been sewn — it will be made for you.
2 · مدة التنفيذ · Production Time
القطع العادية
تُنفَّذ معظم القطع خلال خمسة إلى سبعة أيام عمل من اليوم التالي لتأكيد الطلب، قبل الشحن.
Standard Pieces
Most pieces are completed within five to seven working days from the day after order confirmation, before shipping begins.
التطريز أو القياسات الخاصة
الحالات التي تحتاج إلى تطريز أو قياسات خاصة قد تتطلب 15 يوم عمل إضافية؛ يؤكد الأتيليه المدة الخاصة بطلبك قبل بدء الإنتاج.
Embroidery or Custom Measurements
Embroidery or custom measurements may require an additional 15 working days; the atelier confirms the timeline for your request before production.
3 · موافقتك على التغييرات الجوهرية · Your Approval for Significant Changes
إذا احتاجت القطعة أثناء التنفيذ تغييرًا جوهريًا في الخامة أو القصّة أو اللون، سيتواصل معك الأتيليه لشرح التغيير والحصول على موافقتك قبل تنفيذه.
If a significant change to the fabric, cut or colour is needed during production, the atelier will contact you to explain the change and obtain your approval before making it.
4 · العروض البصرية للتصاميم · Design Visualizations
الصور المعروضة لكل قطعة هي رؤى تصميمية تُنشأ تحت إشراف محمد نور المباشر، تعبّر عن روح القطعة وتناسبها ولونها. القطعة التي تُنفَّذ في الأتيليه من قماش حقيقي قد تحمل اختلافات دقيقة طبيعية للعمل اليدوي.
The visuals presented for each piece are design references created under the direct supervision of Mohamed Nour, communicating the spirit, proportion, and color of the piece. The piece that is made in the atelier from real fabric may carry the subtle variations natural to handmade work.
5 · مرجع التصميم والقطعة النهائية · The Design Reference and Your Finished Piece
الصور المعروضة مراجع تصميمية، وقد تحمل القطعة المصنوعة يدويًا اختلافات طفيفة طبيعية للعمل اليدوي. إتمام الطلب لا يُعد موافقة مسبقة على تغيير جوهري في الخامة أو القصّة أو اللون؛ هذه التغييرات تتطلب موافقتك قبل تنفيذها.
The images shown are design references, and a hand-finished piece may carry the subtle variations natural to handmade work. Placing an order does not give advance approval for a significant change to the fabric, cut or colour; those changes require your approval before they are made.
