Collection: Hwadeet

Hwadeet is a narrative collection by Mohamed Nour Designs, where Arab folklore is reimagined into contemporary luxury through fabric, movement, and story-led prints.

The collection unfolds through four cultural chapters — Omna El Ghoula, Scheherazade, Abu Zayd Al Hilali, and Leila El Kebira — each carrying its own emotional world: protection, storytelling, heroic memory, and refined Egyptian celebration.

Rather than retelling folklore literally, Hwadeet translates it into symbols, textures, engineered prints, and fluid silhouettes. Branches, arches, manuscript traces, desert lines, festive borders, and ornamental rhythms become part of the garment’s architecture, allowing each piece to hold the echo of a tale without becoming costume.

The collection balances cultural depth with modern wearability: kaftans, dresses, resort layers, skirts, blouses, and statement pieces shaped for movement, light, and presence. Its palette moves through sand, ivory, taupe, mocha, dusty turquoise, faded sapphire, muted burgundy, clay brown, and antique gold — tones that feel rooted, warm, and quietly luxurious.

Hwadeet is not a simple return to old stories.
It is a wardrobe of remembered ones — Arab memory refined into contemporary elegance.
